Trading Nomads

Overview

These Terms govern your use of tradingnomads.store, TN Terminal, TN Membership, downloadable indicators, research, analytics, educational content, community resources, and related services. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on this page. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information and keep your login, API keys, and connected devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share protected access or use another person's account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

No financial advice

Nothing provided by Trading Nomads is financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. All content, tools, models, signals, analysis, and research are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Trading risk

Trading involves substantial risk. You are fully responsible for your own trading decisions, account management, position sizing, broker usage, and capital. Past performance, backtests, and research do not guarantee future results.

Membership access

TN Membership provides access to TN Terminal and eligible included indicators while your membership is active and in good standing, including the features and integrations shown on the Store page. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Software license and device activation

While your membership remains active, Trading Nomads grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use TN Terminal and the included indicators for your own lawful trading workflow. Ownership of the software, designs, and protected content remains with Trading Nomads and its licensors.

A license key may be bound to one supported Windows device at a time. You may release that device through your dashboard and activate another. You must not publish, share, sell, or circumvent the license key, device proof, signed lease, feature checks, or update mechanism.

Local data and TN Service

TN Terminal stores trading, journal, Drive, profile, settings, and related workspace data locally on your computer. TN Service processes supported trade imports locally through files or an authenticated loopback interface. This local workspace content is not transmitted to Trading Nomads for licensing.

License verification sends the minimum technical data described in the Privacy Policy: the license key, a device-public-key fingerprint and public key, provider and platform labels, and challenge-response proof. Production verification uses HTTPS. The private device key remains on the device.

You are responsible for controlling access to your computer and for backing up the local TN Terminal databank. Uninstalling, moving, resetting, or losing the computer may affect locally stored data unless you have made a separate backup.

Billing, automatic renewal, and cancellation

Subscription price, billing frequency, amount due, and any promotion are shown before payment. Unless you cancel, a monthly subscription renews each month and an annual subscription renews each year on the applicable billing date, using the payment method held by Stripe.

You can cancel online at any time through your Store account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Price changes apply only after legally required advance notice. Refund and withdrawal rights are described in the Refund Policy and are always subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Immediate digital access

If you request immediate access during checkout, we may begin providing digital services before a statutory withdrawal period ends. Where applicable law permits, your withdrawal right may be reduced or lost after performance begins or digital content is supplied, but mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

User responsibility

You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly and not misuse, copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, bypass access controls for, share protected access to, or abuse any Trading Nomads software, content, research, models, API credentials, market-data feed, or community resource. You may not upload unlawful content, malware, or content that violates another person's rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of your journal entries, images, notes, prompts, Drive files, trade records, and other local workspace content. Trading Nomads does not receive a license to that local content merely because you use TN Terminal. If you deliberately send content to support, a community service, or another hosted feature, you grant us and the relevant service provider only the limited permission needed to receive, process, display, and respond to that submission. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.

Availability and changes

Markets, CFTC reports, economic-calendar data, platform connectors, third-party trading platforms, public release hosting, and software services can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or incorrect. TN Terminal does not place, modify, or manage orders through TN Service connectors. We may maintain, update, replace, or discontinue features and integrations. We will provide notice or remedies where required by law, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. We may terminate access for a material breach. Any termination is subject to applicable consumer law and does not remove payment or other obligations already accrued.

Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot be excluded. Trading Nomads is not responsible for trading losses or decisions made using the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate or legally required, communicated before they take effect. The date at the top identifies the current version.
